How do I return an incorrect or defective item and receive a replacement?Updated a year ago
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to our customer service team with the details of your product and order. Attach pictures of the item you received, if possible, to help us resolve the issue faster. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and an RMA number, which you need to include on the outside of the box when returning the item.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will commence the process of shipping out the correct or replacement item to you. In certain cases, we may also offer a credit for the original shipping cost or free shipping on your replacement order, depending on the situation.
